NCOA-NORTH HELP DESK

In the upcoming months, we will be primarily focusing on integrating NCOA Members to the new site.  We look to do the best we can to assist officials and users with any issues encountered while utilizing the new system. We only look to provide technical support to issues which relates to the usability and proper functionality of the website only.  We do not provide any information in regards to the status of your membership with NCOA.  Please contact your Supervsior for further assistance in that matter.  


NCOA will begin to implement new features on the site in the very near future.  These features and tool are designed to assist NCOA officials with communication and development during and after the regular season.  Therefore, NCOA Staff Officials will be offered priority support via phone, email, online chat and support form.  There is also an FAQ section which may answer most of your questions prior to submitting a help desk trouble ticket.
