Your path — at a glance
Register with the CIF State Office
This registers you with California's state office and pays for your official background check. Everyone does this first, and you only do it once.
Register with NCOA Arbiter Sports
This is how you'll receive your game and training assignments during the regular season. Keep your payment receipt — you'll need a screenshot of it in Step 4.
Create your Training account (right here)
Make a free account on this website (ncoanorth.com) so you can complete your 18 hours of CIF training.
Already have an account on this site? You can skip straight to Step 4.
Email us your payment screenshot
Take a screenshot of your NCOA Arbiter Sports payment from Step 2 and email it to us so we can verify you. (Not sure how to take a screenshot? Just reply that you paid and we'll help.)
We grant your training access
Once we confirm your payment, we'll unlock the full training platform for your account. You'll be ready to start your 18 hours of CIF training. Welcome to the crew!
