Every official whether first game or five-hundredth, will hit moments where a second set of eyes makes all the difference. That's exactly what the NCOA North Mentorship Program is here for.
Our mentors bring over 100 years of combined mentorship experience to the crew, and they're ready to help you grow one play at a time. The best part? Getting their help takes about a minute.
Have a video you'd like private, one-on-one feedback on? Submit a Mentorship support ticket and a mentor will review it with you directly. No audience, no judgment, just honest coaching aimed at making you better.
Open a Mentorship support ticket for just about anything on your officiating mind, including:
- Questionable play — send the clip and let's break down what you saw and what the rule supports.
- Your Journey Assessment — step back and look at where you are and where you're headed, with a mentor who's walked the path.
- Clarification on Rules — get a clear, confident answer when the rulebook leaves room for interpretation.
Whether you're chasing your first varsity assignment or sharpening skills built over years, our mentors meet you where you are. They've worked the tough games, managed the hard calls, and learned the lessons that don't make it into the manual and they're glad to share them. Head to the Mentorship section and submit your support ticket today. Your corner is covered.
